How it works
If you are working
- Find a job and read what proof it needs before you start.
- Press Start. That opens your slot and begins timing the task.
- Do the work, then send your proof before the time window closes.
- The buyer reviews it. Approved work is credited to your balance immediately.
- Withdraw once you are over the minimum.
You keep 90% of the listed rate; the rest is the platform fee, shown on every task before you start.
If you are hiring
- Add funds to your wallet.
- Post a job: the instructions, the proof you want, the rate and how many people you need.
- The full cost is held in escrow the moment it goes live.
- Review each submission. Approve to pay, reject with a reason if it is wrong.
- Cancel any time - whatever has not been paid out comes back to you.
Why the money is safe either way
A job cannot go live unless it is funded, so a worker is never asked to trust that a buyer will pay. The money stays in escrow until the buyer approves the work, so a buyer never pays for work they have not seen.
Balances are not a number in a box - every movement is a line in your wallet history, and the two can never disagree.
